What it does
This bill would reauthorize and modify a wide range of U.S. Department of Agriculture programs through fiscal year 2031. It would cover commodity price supports for farmers, conservation programs, international food aid and trade, nutrition assistance (including SNAP), farm credit, rural development, agricultural research, forestry, energy, horticulture, crop insurance, livestock programs, and rules on foreign purchases of U.S. farmland.
